Aylesbury Waterside North Restaurant Quarter proposal 

scheme builds upon the character of the Judges’ Lodgings, the existing attraction of the cinema and two new restaurants which have already opened there. A new central building provides 1,699 square metres of F&B space with residential flats above creating a vibrant mixed use place. The double height F&B spaces with glazed frontages provide flexibility for the inclusion of mezzanine levels in a variety of configurations. A deep arcade space overlooking the new square enables all year/weather outdoor dining. 

 

The wider strategy includes 2,250 square metres of food and beverage within the refurbished Old County Office Building, Old Police Station and the ground floor of the new Aylesbury University Building which provides new canal side dining.
