'The Podium' Visitor Centre, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and associated buildings was a collaboration with contractor, ISG, for the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC). The commission to detail and deliver the building was awarded to bblur owing to our expertise in detailed design and BIM delivery.

We used a BIM workflow that fully integrated the design team, contractor, suppliers, sub contractors and facilities management team. The project was modelled and managed in BIM from the outset and delivered a data rich federated IFC model for FM use on completion.
